Starting from the urban approach, the idea of the project is to be respectful and in continuity with the buildings, while creating a break with the density of the buildings in Viale Tunisia. It is positioned on the side of the lot, leaving a lateral access road and a void in the building curtain.

It tries to create a link between the urban area and to combine green areas with those of mobility and Milanese services. Finally, it is stratified on layers both directly and indirectly, relating to the heights of the adjacent buildings and adapting the interior spaces.

The floors are developed with a core placed on the corner that houses the slow and fast services and connecting lines, while the rest of the supporting structure is entrusted to a network of pillars that streamline upward and carry very thick beams. Even the elevations are placed in a rational way and are grafted into the context in continuity with the curtain, dividing the building almost in two: a lower part composed of more dense elements at the urban level which then go free in larger windows on the upper floors and then ending with an open rooftop above the Milanese roofs.

Slow and Fast circulation
The building is at the service of the citizen by alternating training and collective spaces with spaces for offices, gymnasiums and multifunctional spaces.

Construction Details
The structure is well marked and taken up on the façade with vertical and horizontal lines that intersect to define the windows and doors. We find the same inside, up to the roof of the building, where it reproduces the horizontal element of the beam which, in the absence of the floor, allows us to have a 360 degree view.

Facade
The GRC cladding has the task of emphasizing the linearity and rationality of the structure by insisting on highlighting the horizontal string course. On the lower floors at the height of the context, the network of pillars thickens with false planes that disappear on the higher floors: the pillars gradually taper as they rise in height.
